It’s great to also have a plan for physical health. I did almost nothing except walking for three years during the pandemic. I got very weak approaching age 65 in September. I have joined a gym and am slowly getting stronger using the weight machines. Trying to do some cardio too and eat well (even if not perfect). I wish you the best in your plans!!
